Thickness the industry standard for a residential pole barn where you are storing lawn mowers toys or regular vehicles is reinforced concrete floor that is 4 thick.
I recommend a standard 4 floor for most residential pole buildings.

I would advise against use fo fiber in your concrete becuase it doesnt finish as well.
I almost always use 2x6 form materials and pour my floors 4 5 to 5 thick.
No need for the 4000 or 5000 lb mixes in your application.
